Should there be a minimum amount of items or price to avail free shipping?

 There is no minimum amount of items or price for you to avail of our free shipping. All you have to do is place and pay for your order, and then we will take care of the shipping fees and handling costs. Your order shall be likewise insured for your convenience.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Some of the countries where we do shipping are the United States of America, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

How long does it take for me to receive my online purchase?

Ordinarily, it will take up to 12 days before the item arrives at your doorstep.

In case I want faster shipping, can you hasten the delivery process for me?

Yes, we can do that for you. For only $9.95, we can expedite the shipping and handling for up to 8 days. This service is only available for shipments to the United States of America, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Another faster alternative is the Express Shipping and Handling which only costs $14.95. Your order will be expected to arrive within 6 days.

Can I order by bulk?

Ordering several stocks of standard or customized name necklace (bulk order) can be made online. To do so, please contact our Customer Service Department. There is a shipping fee for bulk orders; however, if you contact us, we can evaluate your purchases to determine if you qualify for discounted shipping rates.

Will I receive my online purchase within the same standard period if I had my necklace custom-made?

Customized name necklace takes longer shipping period than those on-hand standard items because of the special details needed in its creation. Please take note that the manufacturing time of a customized jewelry is included in the shipping period.

How do you ensure that placing my order will not be affected by technical glitches?

We have a well-monitored website to make sure that all orders are received timely and accurately. Since Custom Made Necklace is a family business, we are hands-on in managing the business, especially in ensuring that online and offline orders are processed properly.

What if I received the wrong product or the product is defective? Can I return it?

Of course you can. Though we always make sure that all the right and quality items are shipped, we make special adjustments in these highly exceptional circumstances because we value your trust and satisfaction. You can return the wrong or defective item by first filling out the required fields in our Orders and Returns Page. It is located at the bottom-most part of our website under the Help Section.

Is it true that sterling silver does not tarnish?

No. Sterling silver can tarnish or change color over time due to external factors like skin acidity and other airborne compounds of sulfur. But it doesn’t mean that there is no solution for this normal dilemma. All you need is a good maintenance of your sterling silver jewelry. You can also have it polished professionally at a jewelry repair shop. There are also good silver polishing products available in the market if you want to clean it yourself.

Can I customize the necklace by putting a different name other than those names in your products page?

Yes. That is in fact the specialty of our store , i.e. to allow our customers to have their pendants personally made so that they can wear their names proudly. When selecting your necklace type, you can enter your name in the field located at the right side of a product page. For a more customized jewelry, select the Name Preview tab located of our website. What is the average chain length?

The average chain length is from 35 to 55 centimeters. We have children size (35-40 cm) and adult size (45-55 cm). The chain length does not include the pendant.

Do you have special promos that I can avail of?

Can I combine capital and small letters in the pendant?

Yes, you can do so. But you can only have one capital letter per customized name necklace.

What kinds of metals do you use for your jewelry?

We use quality sterling silver, 14k gold, and gold-plated metal both in standard and customized jewelry.
